

He began his college career at the University of Texas at Austin, completing a BBA in Marketing at the University of Houston and having been named to the National Dean’s List. He is also certified in Texas as a License To Carry instructor and has been active as an instructor for over a decade working with, literally, thousands of students over that time. Joe is an NRA Training Counselor, holding certifications to instruct in six different disciplines as well as being a Regional Counselor for the NRA’s Refuse to be a Victim class.
